Key Responsibility
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Build and maintain financial models for company-level forecasting and strategic initiatives
- Develop financial projections to support fundraising and operations
- Monitor business performance and analyze key drivers of revenue and profitability
- Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling for strategic decisions
- Support equity and debt fundraising processes
- Coordinate with investors and external advisors during fundraising and due diligence
- Responsible for investor and board reporting
- Evaluate new business initiatives including new stores, new markets, and product lines
- Perform store-level financial analysis including payback, unit economics, and profitability
- Support strategic projects including regional expansion and new business ventures
- Work closely with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams
- Translate operational performance into financial insights
- Support leadership with execution of key initiatives
Qualification
Experience
- 5-8 years' experience in: Corporate Finance; Investment Banking; Private Equity or Venture Capital; Strategy or Consulting.
- Experience in financial modeling and business forecasting
- Experience supporting fundraising, M&A, or strategic finance projects is a strong plus

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Professional certifications (CFA, FMVA, etc.) are a plus
