SATURDAYS is a fast-growing lifestyle eyewear brand in Indonesia, focused on delivering high-quality, design-forward eyewear through omni-channel retail. We are expanding our strategic partnerships to accelerate growth across insurance, banking, and B2B corporate segments. We are looking for a commercially driven and strategic Head of Partnerships to lead acquisition and management of key institutional partners.

Role Overview
The Head of Partnerships will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships that drive revenue, customer acquisition, and brand expansion.

The role will focus on:
  • Insurance companies
  • Banks & financial institutions
  • Corporate & B2B clients
This role requires strong business development capabilities, negotiation expertise, and the ability to structure win-win commercial agreements.

Key Responsibilities
1. Partnership Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute a partnership strategy aligned with company growth targets
  • Identify high-impact partnership opportunities within insurance, banking, and corporate sectors
  • Define value propositions tailored to each partner segment
2. Business Development & Acquisition
  • Lead end-to-end partnership acquisition (prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closing)
  • Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers (C-level, HR Directors, Partnership Heads)
  • Structure commercial models (revenue sharing, bundled offerings, employee benefits, etc.)
3. Account Management & Growth
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing key partners
  • Ensure partnerships meet revenue and performance targets
  • Develop joint campaigns and initiatives to maximize engagement and ROI
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Marketing, Retail, Operations, Finance, and Product teams
  • Ensure operational readiness for partnership programs
  • Monitor execution quality across stores and digital channels
5. Performance & Reporting
  • Set KPIs and track partnership performance
  • Provide regular business updates and insights to leadership
  • Identify optimization and upsell opportunities

Qualifications
Experience
  • 8–12+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Corporate Sales, or Commercial roles
  • Strong experience working with Insurance, Banking, or Corporate HR sectors
  • Proven track record in closing high-value institutional deals
  • Experience in retail, consumer, lifestyle, healthcare, or financial services industries is a plus

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Marketing, or related field
