Community Manager (Senior Level)
We’re looking for a Community Manager (Senior Level) to lead and grow our community ecosystem by building meaningful, long-term relationships between SATURDAYS and its audience. This role goes beyond managing communities, it’s about shaping culture, driving engagement, and turning audiences into loyal brand advocates.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and nurture the SATURDAYS community ecosystem across both online and offline platforms.
• Develop and execute community strategies that drive engagement, participation, and long-term loyalty.
• Identify and manage collaborations with creators and creative partners aligned with the brand’s values.
• Conceptualize and oversee community-driven initiatives such as events, pop-ups, and brand activations.
• Act as the voice of the brand within the community by facilitating conversations and gathering insights.
• Collaborate with Creative, Partnership, and cross-functional teams to align community initiatives with overall brand direction.
• Monitor community sentiment, feedback, and trends, and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Drive organic growth by exploring new platforms, formats, and engagement approaches.
Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in community management, brand marketing, or related roles (experience in lifestyle, fashion, or creative industries is a plus).
• Strong understanding of community building. Not just managing audiences, but cultivating culture and connection.
• Proven experience in handling collaborations, partnerships, and community-driven campaigns or events.
• Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
• Strong interpersonal and strategic thinking skills with a proactive mindset.
• Comfortable engaging with diverse audiences, from creators to customers, and able to execute ideas end-to-end.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong awareness of trends, culture, and creative scenes (fashion, music, sport, lifestyle).
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle feedback and dynamic situations.
