Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all HR administrative processes and ensure regular updates.
  • Calculate and process employee compensation, including salaries, overtime, commissions, and other
    payments.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all documents, including diplomas, NPWP, KK, employee
    identification cards, etc.
  • Prepare and compile HR correspondence docs
  •  Manage and update employment status and contract duration.
  • Coordinate with branches regarding attendance and related matters.
  • Handle the registration of insurance participants and manage BPJS Health and BPJS Employment (BPJS
    TK) registrations.
  • Understand and apply PPH21 regulations, including the reporting process

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Over 4-5 years of experience in payroll or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot
    Tables.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Quick learner with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong English communication skills are preferred.
