Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all HR administrative processes and ensure regular updates.
- Calculate and process employee compensation, including salaries, overtime, commissions, and other
payments. - Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all documents, including diplomas, NPWP, KK, employee
identification cards, etc. - Prepare and compile HR correspondence docs
- Manage and update employment status and contract duration.
- Coordinate with branches regarding attendance and related matters.
- Handle the registration of insurance participants and manage BPJS Health and BPJS Employment (BPJS
TK) registrations. - Understand and apply PPH21 regulations, including the reporting process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Over 4-5 years of experience in payroll or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot
Tables. - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Quick learner with the ability to work independently.
- Strong English communication skills are preferred.
