What You'll Do
As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employer branding, and employee engagement. Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Assisting with end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews)
✅ Supporting employee branding initiatives on social media (TikTok)
✅ Helping with onboarding and offboarding processes
✅ Managing and updating HR databases & documents
✅ Coordinating employee engagement programs
 

What We’re Looking For
🌟 A university student or recent graduate majoring in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
🌟 Strong interest in human resources and employer branding
🌟 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
🌟 Creative mindset with familiarity with social media content creation
🌟 Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
🌟Willing to relocate, work and live in Jakarta (On Site - Mega Kuningan)
