Responsibilities

• Coffee & Beverage Preparation
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and non-coffee beverages according to SATURDAYS standards.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and overall beverage quality.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment properly.

Customer Experience

• Welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Take orders accurately and recommend menu items based on customer preferences.
• Create a comfortable and enjoyable in-store experience for customers.
• Handle customer questions and feedback professionally.

Store Operations

• Support daily café operations to ensure smooth service flow.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the café area at all times.
• Ensure product availability and assist with stock replenishment.

Team Collaboration

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational and service goals.
• Support a positive, energetic, and supportive working environment.
• Assist in onboarding and guiding new team members when needed.

Sales & Brand Experience

• Introduce promotions, seasonal menus, and SATURDAYS products to customers.
• Help create a strong brand experience through excellent hospitality and service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista, preferably in a specialty coffee environment.
• Passionate about coffee, hospitality, and customer service.
• Friendly, communicative, and able to work well in a team.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic English communication skills are preferred.
