About the Job
The Supply Chain Analyst at SATURDAYS is responsible for turning merchandising and sales data into clear insights that support assortment, pricing, and promotional decisions.
This hybrid position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with flexibility for partial work from home. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and cleaning data from multiple sources, conducting detailed sales and inventory analyses, building reports and dashboards, and identifying trends in product performance and customer behavior.
The role collaborates closely with merchandising, marketing, and operations teams to recommend actions that optimize product mix, improve margins, and enhance the overall customer experience.
The Merchandising Data Analyst will also support forecasting, test-and-learn initiatives, and performance reviews of new collections and channels.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Merchandising, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in Data Analytics and Statistics.
Proficiency in Data Modeling and working with large datasets to build reports and dashboards.
Clear and effective communication skills for presenting insights to cross-functional teams.
Comfort with tools such as Excel/Google Sheets and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics) or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in retail or e-commerce merchandising analytics is highly beneficial.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage deadlines, and prioritize multiple projects.
Attention to detail, curiosity about customer behavior, and a data-driven approach to problem solving.
